Events Party Hire and Lismore Party Hire have combined with Byron Bay Wedding and Party Hire to bring you WE HIRE Northern Rivers.


WE wanted a name that truly reflects our vibrant spirit, our commitment to excellence, and the amazing journey we've been on with all of you. WE believe this new name captures the essence of who WE are and where we're headed.


Rest assured, while our name may be changing, our dedication to providing you with exceptional products and outstanding service remains the same. WE are still the same passionate team, ready to go above and beyond to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

  • Will A Marquee Fit In My Backyard?

    While we have a huge range of marquee sizes available, they are not suitable for every space.



    What a disaster if install day came and the marquee didn't fit...or the crew couldn't access the site...



    If you not sure about the size of the space, and whether a marquee will be suitable, you can request a free and no-obligation site visit from our team.



    Please note site visits need to be planned in-between deliveries, so the more notice you can give us before your event, the better. 



  • How Do I Get A Quote?

    Once we have receievd your enquiry, in can sometimes take a few days to get back to you while we work through the week's events and check our availability.



    SOmetimes, particularly for marquees, we will need more information than what's generally supplied at the initial enquiry. All of the questions we ask will help determine not only the size and style most suitable for your event, but will ensure the suitability of the marquee and safety of our crew for install/pack down.



    Once we have all the information we require, we can send you through an official quote, which is valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we will need to either book in the order with a 15% holding deposit, or cancel the quote so that the items can be available to other clients.

  • How Long Does The Hire Last?

    Our rates are based on a 3-day hire period.

    This means that for weekday events, we will deliver the day before, and collect again the day after your event.

    For weekend events, delivery will take plce in the days leading up to your event, and collection the days following.



    If you are needing to hire items for longer than our standard 3-day period, speak to our team and e can arrange an extended hire for you.



    WE understand that it takes time to setup and pack down events, so we will avoid delivering/collecting items the day of your event.



    Our standard delivery fee is based on a weekday delivery/collection schedule. For same-day; after hours or public holiday deliveries/collections, further charges aply.

  • What Happens If I Break Something?

    If you break items such as glasses or plates during your hire of the items, their replacement cost will be taken out of your bond. Your remaining bond will then be refunded back into your chosen account.



    If your bond does not cover the replacement charges for any missing or broken items, we will send you an invoice to cover the replacements, and this will need to be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.



    If more expensive items such as furniture are lost, damaged or broken, we will need to determine if the item/s can be repaired, or if they need to be replaced. The cost for this will be passed on to you as the client.

  • Can I Pickup Items?

    Some items, such as glasses, plates, plastic tables & chairs are avilable for collection from our warehouse in Goonellabah.



    You must bring protective blankets/ tarps and tie downs to ensure the safe transportation of hired items. Chairs cannot be laid down on hard surfaces such as trailers or ute tray backs and must be transported standing up.



    Marquees are not available for collection, and must be installed and packd-down by our crew.
