How do I get Started?

First things first - fill out our enquiry form with as much information as you can... Do not worry if you don't have all the details just yet.

We do need to know a date to check if we have availability - at least the month you are thinking.
Venue
Guest numbers - We know this often changes throughout the process, so keep us up to date with how many people will be attending.
Hire items you are interested in - we can send you a price list and look books of our items - Just ask!

Once we start a quote, we have a tentative booking in place for you for 14 days, after that time. We will need a holding deposit to secure your booking if you would like to go ahead. More details are available on our T&C - at the end of your quote.

Our team at Northern Rivers Wedding & Event Hire have been working to bring together events in Bangalow for over 20 years.

How big are your marquees?
We stock an extensive range of high quality and practical marquees, perfect for events in Bangalow. We have:
- Höcker Marquee – Width: 3m, 6m, 10m, 15m x Length: Unlimited
- Sailcloth Marquee – Width: 10m x Length 22m
- Pagoda Marquee – Width 6m x Length 6m
- Quick Shade Marquee – Available in a wide range of sizes

Marquees are an excellent way to keep your guests out of any knid of unpleasant weather.

Can you help with catering?

At Northern Rivers Wedding & Event Hire, we offer an extensive list of catering equipment. Onsite catering can be an affordable and practical solution to feeding your guests at an event or wedding. From fridges to ovens and serving dishes; we have everything needed to allow you to cater for your guests at your next Yamba event.
What type of wedding packages do you offer?

Whatever you desire for your special day, we will work to make it happen. We offer everything from high end wedding packages to boho and standard/budget style weddings. The types of products included varies with each package and are perfect for Yamba weddings.
What is your process when delivering a product or service?

We offer a free site inspection and quotation service. Our office is open 5 days a week, but we are contactable 7 days a week. We can also deliver to your site in Yamba, or you can pick up.
Do you offer a set up service with delivery?

On top of delivering equipment for your next Yamba event, we can also set it up and pack it down. We also offer DIY pick/drop off, however DIY set up is not available for some items such as Marquees.

How long does my hire last?

WE allow three days per hire. We can however allow for extended hire periods - this does incur a surcharge.

Chat to our friendly team if you'd like to know more.
Do I need to clean my items before returning them?

WE ask that after use, items are rinsed free from food stuffs, linen is shaken and catering equipment is cleaned for collection or return of items.

They do not have to be spotless, but please make sure there is no food or drink left on equipment.

Charges may apply for extremely dirty equipment.
What time will my delivery be?

WE ask for your patience and flexibility when booking in delivery and collection days/times.

We do our best to fit in with everyone’s needs, sometimes, especially in peak wedding and event seasons this can be a little more challenging.

If you are needing a time-specific delivery/collection, we ask that you make this known to us at the time of enquiry.
What is your minimum hire?

WE have no minimum hire!
So feel free to place an order for as little or as much as you need.

Please note with some very small orders, we may not always be able to offer delivery, especially in peak wedding/event season.
